Shady Grove Hotel Restaurant is currently recruiting for chefs that have experience in some of the following areas: baking, pastry, a la carte, prep work, volume catering, cold & hot kitchen, buffet service.
you must posses the following:
• proven experience as a chef
• flexibility to be able to work in different environment and with a variety of personalities and cultures
• commitment to be there on time, doing the right thing and in the right uniform
• own your set of professional knives and full chef uniform
• fitness to be able to cope with fast paced work environments
• having your own transport will give you access to larger numbers of jobs
• food & hygiene certificate
